Today’s fast day was hard but I’m happy with my little pie chart!
I think going to the gym and doing shift in work over did it a bit only on 250 cals.
It’s ok now, I’ve had some prawns, broccoli and a boiled egg, so I’m feeling much better.
I want to be hot enough so that when girls Facebook stalk my boyfriend they end up on my page and decide it’s not even worth trying
was feeling a bit down today because I felt like I was bloated and had put on weight but took a picture and noticed my abs have come out to play so I feel much better! This was even taken after a bit of a naughty feast day! Fast day is tomorrow so maybe they’ll come out even more.

Made sure pancake day was a feast day! But of course I made protein pancakes so they were super duper healthy (although I did add a little bit of honey).
I did my fast day yesterday and I am on week 3! Up it’s becoming a lot easier and I didn’t even feel hungry yesterday and even did a HIIT circuit in the gym.
I’ve been weighing myself and I’m stuck at 59kg but I’m not sure if that’s because I’ve been using amino acids and lots of protein to gain muscle (and of course muscle weighs more than fat…) I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my body though - my love handles have definitely deflated! Always a good thing :)
