Not the most extreme ‘before and during’ photo but I was feeling really frustrated with what I’m eating, what diet I should be on, if going to the gym 6 times a week is actually doing anything etc - and then I found this picture of me back in July 2013 and then took a picture of myself now and there is definitely a difference!! 
I still have a lot of work to do (especially around my thighs and hip area) but it’s definitely good to see this hard work is slowly paying off! 
I started off in October 2013 going to the gym 3x a week and are relatively healthier. Then after Christmas I stepped up my training to 5 times a week, lifting a few weights and doing HIIT circuits. I then decided to do the 5:2 diet to step up my weightloss which worked for a month but then when I hit a plateau I knew I needed to add a few more fast days however it started to cut into building my muscles as I was training but not feeding my muscles. Now I’m experimenting - I’ve upped my weight training, separating the muscle groups and then doing cardio and HIIT training on different days. I’m still figuring out my diet but I’m trying to eat clean as possible with more protein for breakfast instead of carbs. I want to aim for 17% fat! 

We will see how that goes!!
